Collegiate Court offers rooms for rent in professionally managed rooming houses (compares to dorm). We have a number of different types of rooms ranging from small to large all with their own private bathrooms. Kitchens, laundry and dining area are shared as well, to keep costs low. Kitchens are cleaned regularly by a maid service. We currently have two room available. These are private rooms with private bathroom, but the bathroom is next door to the room. You would be the only one to use the bathroom, everyone else has their own bathrooms as well. Room with Private Bathroom $775--includes all utilities!
