Hi! I am looking for a roommate to rent a room in the condo I am currently in. Info on the space; -2 bedroom, shared bath -Furnished common spaces -In unit laundry & dryer -Parking spot access -Walking distance to grocery stores and Foothills Mall -No more pets (already have a super friendly dog, must be okay with that!) -Must be LGBTQIA+ friendly! I am looking for someone with a reliable income, preferably no drinking/marijuana use (I am sober), and someone who keeps common spaces very clean. This is my safe space so I only have my boyfriend over a couple nights out of the week; outside of that I don't have any guests. It's important to me that my roommate has a similar guest protocol. -One year lease -Move in mid-September 2025 (exact date flexible, will be prorated for the month) -$850 security deposit required before move-in
