The house is walking distance to both the beach and Main St/Pacific City. You are close enough to walk to all attractions but far enough to not get any of the noise. You can rent beach cruisers downtown very inexpensively and it's a great way to get around. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay.
