    THE SPACE This is one of only 6 units in the building, this one's on the 2nd floor! The kitchen has an exposed-brick wall, espresso cabinetry, garbage disposer, dishwasher, gas stove (with heavy grates, sealed burners, electric ignition, and self-cleaning oven), and a large capacity refrigerator with glass shelves and ice-maker; there is also a full-size WASHER & DRYER in the apartment. The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with newer bath fixtures, e.g., vanity, mirror, and toilet. The apartment is kept warm with natural gas heat and cooled in the summer with CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING (works great). THE NEIGHBORHOOD These apartments are located in The Shaw Neighborhood - one of the best and safest neighborhoods in the City of St. Louis. In addition to being directly across from the street from the Missouri Botanical Garden and one block north of Tower Grove Park, you will be just minutes from Downtown St. Louis, The Central West End, The Grove, St. Louis Ballpark Village, the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Stadium, St. Louis University, Washington University, The Cortex, St. Louis City Zoo, Washington University Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital, not to mention Shaw's very own boutique restaurants, ice cream parlor and retail shops. The city is in the throes of installing the "Tower Grove Connector" (see pictures), a $1.8 million, 1.8 mile dedicated bike path that will run from Tower Grove Park to the Cortex. The best part is that it runs right past our front door. I MISCELLANEOUS We have off-street parking and storage space in the basement. Your utilities will include gas, electric, cable (optional) and internet (optional); we pay for water, sewer, and trash. The application fee is just $75 (just one fee) which covers all applicants. The security deposit equals one month's rent. PETS ARE WELCOME at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. This space is AVAILABLE NOW. One-year written Lease Agreement. No smoking in the building; everywhere else is okay. Even if you do not stay with us, be sure to move to SHAW. It is a fantastic place to call HOME, you won't be disappointed! Thanks for looking. Twelve month lease. No smoking in the apartment; outside your backdoor and on your balcony is okay. Must pick up after your dog outside. We do not charge for nail holes left behind after you remove your pictures and artwork, so make yourself at home. We have our own full-time maintenance worker - you'll have his phone number. Not only that, but we'll install your window treatments for you so that you don't have to.
