It's an architectural gem that offers a blend of historic charm and modern living, perfect for those looking to be at the center of it all. - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities respectfully. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons - No smoke inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - We have cameras at the front door and backyard for security reasons. - We don't have parking space on the property. Guests can find a street parking spot near the house. Most of the streets are free to park but please make sure to check the street sign of where you park. - We don't have washing machhine available. Please outside laundromat for washing purposes. - We provide basic supplies for your comfort. Should you deplete them, we kindly ask you to handle their replenishment if needed during your stay.
