The master bedroom is pretty large and second bedroom has been a great spot for an office and room for guests - definitely large enough to fit a bed and has a good closet space. The unit comes with two parking spaces, and plenty of street and guest parking. Laundry is literally right across the hall - the rest of the appliances are included (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc). Wilson Summit is a quiet complex with a pool, secure mailroom, and beautiful greenery inside the complex. Tenant responsible for water and electric.
