Laundry is literally right across the hall - the rest of the appliances are included (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc). Wilson Summit is a quiet complex with a pool, secure mailroom, and beautiful greenery inside the complex. Tenant responsible for water and electric.
