This older house is in a great area, cooled by ocean breezes from the Ballona Creek only a couple doors away. A very spacious drought-landscaped yard (NB - old pictures show grass, which is now gone). Although the 1920's front of the house is charming, with original hardwood floors, the rear additions could use updating (60's?). Please be aware that the price of this rental specifically reflects the smaller bedrooms, aluminum sliding doors, etc... If you want fancy, this may not be the best rental for you. Best part of Culver City, end of a cul-de-sac with constant ocean breezes from the Ballona Creek. No smoking. Good credit a must.
