We are looking to fill two rooms in our 4 bedroom house near Annadel Park, Mayette Ave. near Whole Foods. Master bedroom with private bathroom -$1200 plus utilities ($150-$200 per month) Private room with shared bathroom -$800 plus utilities ($150-$200 per month) Security Deposit is 1 months rent. Utilities (garbage, water, PG&E, internet) are split evenly among housemates, and cost about $150-$200/person/month with seasonal variability. Rooms are rented month-to-month.
