Please place trash bins in designated Location. Bins may only be placed out the night before and retrieved after pick up and put back to designated location. Tenants with pets are responsible to pick up after them at all times. Your dog did their duty please do yours. All Tenants are prohibited from having furniture or grills in the patio areas. All summer activity items (pools, BBQs, etc. ) must be covered and put away after each use. Be mindful of neighbors during gatherings, keep noise and music reasonable.
