Second floor has 1 bathroom and 3 rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, another with a twin XL daybed and a wall mounted TV monitor. The house also has: washer and dryer in the basement, a covered front porch with seating, and a tiny back yard with a covered compost bin. Kind neighbors on both sides.
