Located a wooded 55+ retirement neighborhood this one level house is very quiet and peaceful and it has a screened in porch in the back with 2 tables and a couch where you can sit and relax overlooking the trees, birds and squirrels playing around. In the front yard there are some flowers and sun charged small lights. Ideal for a retired couple or single person while looking for a permanent home or building a house.
