There are two apartments for rent, a downstairs and an upstairs! The following is what is included for both: Both have: stove, fridge, separate driveways and sheds, water included, separate entrances to each Downstairs has: washer and dryer, and half wrap pouch Upstairs has: carport Renter is to pay first month and security prior to moving in. The rent is due on the first of every month. If communication is provided I am willing to work with the renter. Every week late there is a 25 dollar additional charge. The renter is responsible for their own electric and heat (through national grid) along with garbage. Pets can be discussed with additional fee but is not a guarantee.
