De-attached garage is unfinished, washer and drier hook ups, upgraded 45 Gal water heater. Shed on back when my teen became an adult slept at, has new drywall, carpet, fireproof door, two vinyl windows, paint, wall lamp, etc and is currently used as a sitting room, this shed is old and must likely need to be replaced. Property is about ½ acre, back on 2007-2008 criminals dumped over 20 trucks containing clean fill dirt, this actions caused for the City to issue a Grading code violation. Before any permits are issued, this dirt has to be removed as per the City requirements. House sits on a nice crawl space throughout that allows easy access to any repairs. Entire property structures were tented for termites on September 2014. House is not for sale, and current mortgage. But if you offer something I cant refuse my husband and I would consider it.
