We're relocating outside of the country and are looking to rent our home **SEMI-FURNISHED** (open to negotiation on specifics) while we're away for **ONE YEAR** to start, beginning **DECEMBER 1ST**. We are able to accept well-behaved pets; insurance costs require that we add a $50/month pet rent for renters with a pet. We're not landlords looking to turn a profit, we simply cannot pay to live in two places at once and don't think it's right to leave housing unoccupied. This house remains our beloved home, so we're looking for renters who will take good care of the beautiful and well-appointed place we love in exchange for a fair rental rate on a great place to live in a wonderful neighborhood with delightful neighbors. Our home is near Minnehaha Parkway, Powderhorn Park, and not far from Lake Nokomis. We're a few blocks from the bustling Chicago & 48th area and plenty of transit options. Our yard has been restored to a native prairie and has two veggie garden plots. We love our home and hope you will too. It's even better than it looks in the pictures (it's been updated since), I'm just too lazy to take new ones. Rent includes all utilities including Wifi.
