Please note this is for one bedroom only with a shared bathroom. This bedroom has newer carpet. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are shared. A house cleaner comes every other week to clean the common areas of the home. Includes ALL utilities: Trash/recycling/water/waste water/gas/electric. Bedroom door has a lock and key for privacy.
