Lauraville is a great place to live with a lot of community involvement and events (http bmoremainstreet.com/) There are a couple non-traditional cafes on the same two block strip and a pub (Koco's) that has been around for over 30 years and is a fun neighbor haunt. The carryout/deli is also available for rent. Parking is available on the street, or in a Safeway lot 1 1/2 blocks away. These photos are old but give a good idea of the size/style of the studio apartment. I will be updating the photos next week. I think the apartment is about 225 sq. feet, but will also add that next week. The rent is $485/month and does not include utilities. The previous tenant paid about $100/month for BGE.
