We are looking for a mature, quiet individual or couple for a 1 bedroom apartment. We built our small building next to Mission Creek many years ago. The building has been maintained and our tenants seem to enjoy the setting. It is close to downtown activities and has easy access to 101 north and a bus stop. Our tenants are respectful of one another's privacy. Secluded patio. Pergo and tile flooring. Gas stove. Laundry on site and off street parking. $2750 monthly and $2600 Security Deposit. Water and trash included. No Smoking. No Pets. Our current tenant is moving out July 31. After that date, we need to do our usual refreshment of the apartment. Occupancy can begin August 6. A new tenant screening process will be used. We are able to do a yearly lease, There is NO Smoking anywhere on the property. We have off street parking for our tenants only. Tenants pay their rent directly to our bank. Rent must be received by the end of the 5th day of each month.
