You'll have a private bath as well and situated just outside the bedroom in the hallway. Parking under the garage is 2 car tandem. Laundry is on-site and has 2 washers/2 dryers. Rent is $1300 a month, with a $1300 security deposit, plus 1/2 of the monthly utility bills (Cable/internet, Gas and LADWP). Owners will do a credit check/ back ground $45 fee Also a $35 fee for garage door opener, which is refundable once returned The apartment is furnished (except your bedroom) and is a shared space living room, kitchen/dining room, which leads to a nice balcony.
