Generally, we are looking for tenants who meet the following criteria: - 650+ Transunion ResidenceScore (Apartments.com) and Experian Credit Score (Zillow.com) - Steady rental and employment background for at least 2 years with solid references - No dangerous felonies - No prior evictions Any pets must be approved with application and will increase overall rent by $50/month/pet. Any additional adult tenants after 2 will increase overall rent by $200/month (note: per local municipal code there cannot be more than 3 unrelated occupants in a single unit). Once you are ready to submit an application, each adult must be listed as an applicant and able to pass their own credit and background check through Zillow.
