Freshly painted throughout apartment. Private entrance, 1BR, 1BA, full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher. It is a completely private apartment with access to brick patio/outdoor space. Shared laundry on the basement level with a locking internal apartment door. Family of four lives above with two kids aged 12 and 8. *Tenant(s) must be ok with family's noise beginning at 6am voices, feet walking above, piano playing (both kids love to play and sing), even occasional drumming.
