    I have a lender who can do 10 percent down. Wonderful,and very affordable well maintained condo complex on the second floor with one bedroom and an office or study. Condo has many upgrades, from new flooring to carpet in bedrooms and fresh new paint. New microwave and fireplace. This is a wonderful complex, shared pool and washer and dryer room with Plaza 1 next door. Complex is gated and very welcoming. New furbished counters in the kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors. Condo has an extra room off living room I am listing as office but could be a small second bedroom if needed. Large living area with fireplace. Too many updates to mention and assigned parking spot 37. So close to everything and walking distance to parks, restaurants and clubs. Where are you going to find all this at this price.
