Our beautiful home was built in 2015, and is part of a community in the only Tsunami-free zone in Newport. Sitting atop the hill which overlooks the ocean, we are just up the road from restaurants, the aquarium, and many beaches. It is a one-floor home, and our neighbors are retired professionals, professors and health care workers. We are a quiet, safe, and eco-friendly community. Parking is in a garage and also in a lot - then walk to the house which is nestled between trees and gardens. Owner pays for all utilities. No smoking. Our neighborhood is quiet, so please observe quiet time between 9 pm and 8 am. No guests or parties. No pets. Please water plants in front if they need it and there is an electric mower in case the back needs mowing. We rent from 30 days minimum up to a year.
