Located near the corner of 5th & Florida Ave. NW, a superb location in DC especially if you would like to be close to cafes, bars, pubs and fine dining. There are numerous restaurants & bars, bustling nightlife in the Florida Ave/U St. corridor. A short 3/5-minute walk, and you will be at the H.U or U St. metro line, or metro bus; one metro rail stop to the Convention Center (a nice 10-15 minute walk). The house is pretty much the same square feet like the others on the block, but a little bit larger because of the additional extension at the rear-(one other like it). It had been the home of 2 young physicians and their small families for several years consecutively (references available). It has a small master bedroom and another bedroom on the second floor with one bath. On the first floor is the cute living room w/cable TV & wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen w/kurig coffee maker, and a rear room/rest area with a second small bath (shower), a large couch/sleep sofa that opens out to a large queen bed, but to accommodate space cannot be opened fully. There is also full stacked washer & dryer in that area. In the backyard is a small patio with furniture & grill. All bedrooms are equipped with 32-inch TV's w/cable, wi-fi and individual electronic combo locks.
