The 1st level features living room, dining area, kitchen area with sliding glass doors which lead to the patio area, and the half bathroom. The 2nd level features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is about 6X9 feet. Closet in each bedroom. Off street parking. Gas heat, gas hot water, water, sewer, and trash is paid by the landlord. Cooking is electric. Tenants are responsible for electric. This apartment participates with Section 8, but rent maybe increased a bit to cover owner responsibility for Housing requirements . No pets excepted.
