Nearly fully supplied kitchen; you just need your own plates, bowls, and cups. Utilities are NOT included in rent, they are split evenly between tenants. Rent is $800 per month and due at the first of the month. Utilities are as followed: water/sewer, trash, electric, wifi, gas, and a quarterly water sanitation bill from Salt Creek. Those would be due at the first of each month. Gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, backyard space, security cameras on the property, and a cupboard place for your food and dishes. If you bring your car, you will be able to use the driveway from May-end of July. After which will be street parking, if you are to stay though the end of the year.
