The house is about a mile from the Olympic Park Visitor's Center and road to Hurricane Ridge. The area at large has access to multiple hiking and bicycling trails, the ocean, rivers, hot springs, and lakes. There is really more to explore than can be listed.
The lease includes all utilities and Internet with a $250 utility fee. The Internet is 50 Mbs and all electric, heat, water, and garbage is included in the utility fee. For tenants with a 12 month lease, we can discuss tenant-paid utilities without the fee.
The available lease can be for a short period and very convenient to someone working in the area temporarily, wanting to explore the Olympic Peninsula for the winter and spring, or someone looking for more permanent housing arrangement.
