*Purdue Student Housing Only* We're looking for someone to take over our lease for the 2023-2024 school year! You'd be able to move in June 1st of 2023. Pets are allowed and there is a laundry room located on the bottom floor of the building. The rent covers water, sewage, and trash. Electric and wifi are the responsibility of the tenants. The building is only a 15 minute walk from campus and a 10 minute walk from town. There is no security deposit, you'd just be responsible for a 200 dollar (per person) lease transfer fee. Utilities -minus electric and wifi- are included in your monthly rent. We do have our own parking lot but it's an extra 30 dollars a month to get a parking pass.
