No subletting of rooms. Septic System: This property has a septic system. It can handle a family of 5, but overuse of water and flushable items will fill the tank quicker than it can drain. Absolutely no flushing of any hygiene products including feminine menstruating products, 'personal wipes', diaper wipes, paper towels, or anything except toilet paper - and not a lot of it. If the toilets are clogged due to uses above, it is the responsibility of the Tenant. If there is a failure of the septic system it is the responsibility of the landlord(lady). All sinks and toilets drain to the septic tank. Septic systems do well with the bacteria they have, when bleach and heavy cleaning solutions are used and go in the drain, it does affect the bacteria breaking the waste down. Limit the use of bleach. Painting or other modifications to the property should always be approved by the landlord. Any Maintenance needing attention, the landlord should be alerted in a timely manner.
