There is also a second door attached to the main room, which allows for even more airflow through the property in the warm summer months. The kitchen is separate from the living room, which allows for you to cook in a separate space than where you are sleeping. The bathroom was recently updated, hardwood / tile flooring throughout. There is unfortunately not a washer/dryer hookup for this unit. For parking, there is street parking. Pets are not recommended due to the size of the unit, but perhaps a cat or small dog might work. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for electricity + gas. An additional deposit is required for pets. Parking, there is a carport, that is available. We have a gardener who comes by and gardens the place.
