A paid receipt from carpet cleaning company is to be provided to property manager or landlord prior to return of security deposit. - Any modifications or additions of wiring or support equipment for any electronic devices must receive prior approval from landlord. At landlords discretion, any approved modifications may be required to be removed at end of tenancy and any necessary repairs to return the modification area to original ( repairs, paint, etc.) will be subject to withholding from security deposit. - Any wall anchors installed by tenants shall be removed prior to end of lease and affected areas repaired and painted to return areas to original condition. A correction fee of $25.00 per anchor will be assessed from security deposit if removal and repair is not accomplished prior to end of lease.
