At landlords discretion, any approved modifications may be required to be removed at end of tenancy and any necessary repairs to return the modification area to original ( repairs, paint, etc.) will be subject to withholding from security deposit. - Any wall anchors installed by tenants shall be removed prior to end of lease and affected areas repaired and painted to return areas to original condition. A correction fee of $25.00 per anchor will be assessed from security deposit if removal and repair is not accomplished prior to end of lease.
