Relax in the reading room with a full library or gather for meals at the 10-person dining table. The chef's kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients. Outside, soak in the hot tub, dine al fresco on the lanai's teak table, or simply unwind while watching the sunset over the Pacific. Private parking is available on-site. Infant gear is available, including a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and infant gym. Located just south of Honokaa on the historic Hamakua Coast, this estate is close to Waipio Valley, waterfalls, and scenic adventures, offering easy access to explore Hawaii's natural beauty. Caretakers live in a separate downstairs unit with no internal access to the main home. They are available for greetings, orientation, and assistance during your stay. The base rate includes 2 guests, and each additional guest is $50 per night plus tax, with a maximum occupancy of 10. The home is cooled by ocean breezes and ceiling fans in all rooms, as there is no A/C. It is not suitable for toddlers or small children due to unprotected stairs and breakable decor. No parties or events are allowed, and the property is located in a quiet residential area.
