My bedroom is the only one on the main floor and there are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 is being used for some storage so there are 2 large bedrooms to choose from plus there is a separate small living room upstairs as well so you would basically have the same privacy of your own apartment( I literally never go upstairs). I have a dog who is almost 13, but still thinks he's 2 with new people so you would have to like dogs or at least tolerable of them. I own my own liquidation business and have a warehouse downtown where I spend a lot of my time there. I am looking for a single roommate, but would consider 2 people if it was the right situation. Needs to be a responsible adult with a decent job to be able to pay all bills. Rent for the house is $2,200 so rent would be $1,100 plus utilities. I have been in this house for over 5 years and really love it. Located in Creston Neighborhood, so it's close to everything.
