Must pay for electricity, WiFi and heating Available Maybe Mid August or September 1 5 min walk to Malden Center T stop, walking distance to grocery stores, downtown Malden, restaurants, post office, YMCA, etc. About 20-25 min to get to downtown Boston by T. Private parking spot available at no additional cost and free private in-unit laundry! The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The bedroom can be furnished with a desk, drawer, bed, bedframe, computer monitors at a reasonable cost. No smoking, kids or pets please. About the roommate that is there right now. He's a professional in mid 20's, enjoy cooking/baking, volleyball, board games, and game casually. DM me for more info! You will take over my current lease that will end around May or April. And you will need to renew again.
