We've won the USU lottery and found a charming cottage near 300 West Center Street for our 20-year-old daughter. She is looking for a female roommate to share the main floor of this house in a quiet, affluent Logan neighborhood. The spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt is available to rent ASAP for fall. You'll be three blocks from Main Street and Logan city center. Central air, new carpet, new paint and check out the countertops, flooring and window bench in the kitchen. There is tons of room the house is actually 3 bedrooms but we will only seek one other roommate. A pet may be considered, however you should be aware she already has a super dumb male shih tzu named Phil, so another male dog may be inadvisable to prevent marking. Phil is already accustomed to an aloof cat sister. A monthly pet fee + nonrefundable pet deposit would be required. She is looking for a clean, responsible roomie for this primo location and property. She is accommodating of a wide variety of views and backgrounds but she is not a partier. We are trying to find the right roommate pretty fast. So we're offering the pad for $699/month which is MUCH less than half the lease. Utilities are split with the two females in the basement apartment. The house includes a big backyard, brick firepit and off street parking. We are looking for a 12-month commitment to sync with the main lease
