Park across the street. EASY access to i-15 and down town. It is great we just need to get closer to family. We have a cheaper rate than current renters because we have been here over a year. If you take over our lease, you would get our rate. You would take over our current lease. It ends in June but can be extended. You pay gas and electric. Cable, internet, garbage and sewer all paid by apartment complex.
