We have a bedroom available. Rent is split between four people, which ends up being $675 a month. Security deposit equal to one months rent. Utilities are very reasonable and split 4 ways. For electric, heat and internet they average $50-$100 a month. Currently we range in age from 28-34 and looking for same.
