Amazingly sunny studio Guest House is here for you with a loft with room for a queen bed or other furniture, this is a one room (studio) with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with a small gas stove and fridge. There are lots of trees, grass, and plants around and you are next to a beautiful blue pool in our backyard where we sometimes swim laps from March to October or have parties. You have your private entrance and small yard area. You may park on the quiet street, no parking spot inside our gate. Public transit 3 blocks away. One minute drive to the 101 freeway for easy access to much of Los Angeles. Ventura Blvd is a three minute drive or a short walk and there are many shopping opportunities there along with great restaurants. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There will be a $100 per month fee on the lst of the month that we will collect from you for all utilities. We have 3 medium sized goldendoodles who may come say hi to you once in a while. (was rented within 3 days last time ; tenant lost job prior to move in) $100 utility fee for all utilities & possible internet. Available semi furnished...at a higher rate!
