We built a 25 ft. deck on the back. We added a second driveway which leads to a new 36 by 24 ft pole barn. We have a new hot water tank and electric furance which is only a few years old. We put in a drainage line to keep water from the back hill from coming down towards our house. We put in $ 1,000 of landscaping along the new garage and 4 trees along the fence in the front. Our yard is all fenced in and we took down a half wall between the diningroom and kitchen to make one big eat in kitchen.
