The large living room faces Union St so gets tons of morning light and also has storage and shelves. The bedroom faces the garden so is very quiet and has a large walk-in closet that even has shoe shelves. The bathroom is small but includes a shower/bathtub and two medicine cabinets. The one downfall of this lovely space is the low ceilings. I am looking for a QUIET and CLEAN tenant who will provide a copy of a recent credit report, employment and landlord references (I will check.)
