This property is managed by Campus Apartment and we moved in May, 2016. Our unit is the only renovated unit (renovated in May 2016). Please see some perks below: Spacious, technically you can turn this into a 3B1B. Free community shuttle to UPenn/Drexel campus or 30th station 1 min walk to 42, 5 min to 21 or trolley 34, 13 about 20 min walk to Penn campus Pet-friendly, we have a dog (apparently). You will see some cosmetic damage to the wall and the door but nothing really affects our living here. Amazing natural lighting, 5 windows in the living rooms and each bedroom has 2 windows. A huge living room, a huge dining room, 2 bedrooms (we turned it into a gaming/home office, but it was actually one of the bedrooms), a semi-separated kitchen (easier to clean and nice ventilation), a bathroom. Current rent $1850 per month, we could throw in some compensation if you can move in early Feb and take over the rest of our lease. You only pay for gas, electricity, and internet. Gas is about 15-20 per month (if you cook regularly), electricity bill will be higher in summer if you use AC a lot, but on average, 25-30 per month.
