Wife and I have owned this 4419 Driftwood Pl. Boulder, home since 1994. We do all we can to make necessary repairs, buy new appliances, furnace, and air conditioning, new siding upgrade with stone wainscot, upgrade insulation and more. AND..... we are excited and already scheduled with a great builder for a new 300 sq. ft addition attached to our living room of which construction will begin 8/10/23 and be completed 11/5/23. This will include on main floor,new added one master bedroom, one full bath, and full basement. You see, we believe in this excellent neighborhood and when owners occupy their home, upgrading as we do, this help make our home feel so nice and comfortable looks even better, more contemporary, and welcoming to others who enter! I, as owner am a professional wood craftsman, and have incorporated high quality wood features (ie: burl wood rosettes above every doorway in our home, refinished natural wood beams, high quality clear slow growth Doug Fir stair railings, exquisite maple framed windows, and the greatest south facing 2nd floor sunroom. I custom designed Water falls and water features in front AND back of this home to hear and see flowing water from each room, or while relaxing in our flower gardens that my wife carefully grows flowers in 3 locations outdoor of our home
