Friendly neighbors. Definitely check out the farmers market on Saturdays for fresh produce and lots of local artists and vendors. Block parties throughout the summer on Osage. We are really going to miss this place! It's like living in a castle! The perfect city apartment in my opinion, no complaints. Owner pays for water and trash. Electric and gas paid by tenant. Street parking but you can apply for a parking permit. $60 Application fee. Pets OK
