Please note that the home is located at the top of a steep driveway, which may become inaccessible during storms or the winter months. In such cases, tenants can park at the bottom of the hill and walk up to the property. The property is "rented back" each year as it is owner occupied for 2 weeks, during which time tenants will need to relocate while the owners are in residence. 2026 dates are August 15-August 30, 2026. Internet is available for $40 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
