I have a 3BR/1BA house for rent in a wonderful, family-oriented south minneapolis neighborhood. Close to Minnehaha pkwy, bike trails, lakes Nokomis & Hiawatha. All 3 bedrooms are on the main level, updated kitchen & bath, working wood-burning fireplace in half-finished basement with lots of cedar closet space. There is also a washer/dryer and storage room in the basement. Backyard has a deck, newer privacy fence, 2 raised garden beds, a sandbox and new grass/landscaping. There is also a 2-car garage. Renters will be responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage), snow removal and lawn care. We are open to a short-term or long-term rental, based on the right fit. We are asking a $35 application fee per adult (will cover credit check, landlord references, personal references, rental history), a $1700 deposit as well as $1700 first month rent upon lease signing.
