There is public transportation or take the short drive, 10 miles away to watch the Houston Astros, Rockets or Texans play. The owner pays all utilities and Wi-Fi. The renter is responsible for the deposit and the monthly rent. Payment is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5th. Late fees will result in a penalty of $50. Renters are also responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the property and all guests during the rental agreement. Smoking and pets are not permitted within the property. Trash must be disposed of in the provided trash bin and set out for pickup on Mondays and Thursdays. Bins must be returned to the home after pickup.
