    Small, cute home near new park over I70. Easy access to I 70 and close to downtown and city park. New kitchen, New carpet, New paint, new window coverings. Comes with new gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and has a area for you to bring a gas washer dryer combo unit. ( I can supply one for a small fee). Small fenced back yard. Weakly trash service from city of Denver. (Once a year fee) This home would be best for probably one person. Bedrooms are very small, and you have to enter through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Thinking that room would be better as an office. (Really only a small single bed would fit). Street parking. 1 year lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities, and City of Denver trash bill. We would have to talk about pets. (You would have to convince me that your pet is not destructive.) Plus, refundable pet deposit only after property is checked out for no pet stains or damage. Rent is for one year. After that it would be month to month, but rent would be $1000.00 more till you sign new lease. If you smoke it would not be allowed in the home. Parking is outside on street. You could bring car into back yard through fence, but it would be tight.
