It honestly does not get much better than this for a location downtown! I fell in love with this place the moment that I stepped in. You can walk to just about anything, hop on the Mall Ride or public transit (train or bus). Restaurants, bowling, music, museums, movie theatre and sporting events are easily accessible. This building has all the character of the past maintained which gives the building a special warmth. Since the building is only 10 floors, it has a more home-like feeling.
