There are the wonderful East Bay Regional Parks for hiking and biking, fishing minutes away. The property has room to store a small boat, camper or trailer in a fenced yard. Close to freeway access and BART. Excellent for commuters for Menlo Park, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Silicon Valley and Dublin. Our agreement is a month to month contract. There is a $45 fee for a background check/credit check/eviction check for all adults over 18 that reside in the home. A minimum credit score of 670 is required. Off street parking for two vehicles. No smoking. No illegal activity. An additional monthly fee for pets will be charged. $100 for one dog, $125 for two dogs. Cats will be considered. We pay 1% per year interest on all returned deposit money. Tenants must have combined income of 3 times the rent to qualify for application. Security Deposit is $ 2,380.00 with an additional pet security deposit if applicable. First party applicants only. Home is shown by appointment only. Owner pays for water and garbage. Term is month to month, however in 50 years of being a landlord I have asked three tenants to leave. All three broke the law. No smoking.
