The attractively decorated clubhouse is the site of many interesting, informative, and fun activities. It is available at no cost to our residents simply by reserving your desired time. Our resort style pool is the perfect place to enjoy the summer. Each apartment has its own private entrance with a mail slot in the front door, allowing your mail to be delivered directly into your apartment. Our location is central to the oceanfront, shopping, doctors' offices, the Virginia Beach Public Library, and much more. Old Donation's full-time maintenance staff is the best there is! *80% of our apartment homes must be occupied by at least one resident 55 years or older. All residents must be 18 years of age and older.
