We have one room available in a ranch house, just outside of Morro Bay. The property is set up as a Coliving House/Intentional Community and provides a nice blend of privacy and community. All units share a large, beautiful commercial kitchen. Some units have private bathrooms and some share a common bathroom. All utilities, wifi, on site laundry, cooking utensils, cooking oils, spices, paper towels, toilet paper and building maintenance are included in the monthly rent.
